Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Most (not all) items are exchangeable for size only with all tags attached, original bags, and in original condition.

Printed, Embroidered or Personalized items are Not Returnable & are Not Exchangeable, please be careful when ordering these items. There are some exceptions with Printed Gym Uniforms, School Logo Embroidered Sweaters, please inquire as needed.

Defective items are looked at individually - we want you to be happy and satisfied with any item you purchase from us and we will do everything possible to make sure that you are.

We reserve the right to refuse any items that are missing tags, have been washed, worn or altered. All exchanges require the original receipt and will be issued in the original form of payment.
