Shipping
We ship domestically within the US for a flat fee of $15. We use UPS for all of our deliveries.
Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to prepare and package. Once it’s ready, we estimate that delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. If your order is backordered or requires personalization expect additional time before shipping takes place.
If you have not received your package and you did not receive a shipping notification, it is likely that we are still preparing your order. Backordered, personalized and embroidered items can ship in 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Once orders are placed and processed, you should receive an email notification with a receipt of your purchase. That email has a link to view the current status of your order. And when your order ships we’ll send a follow up email that includes a tracking number.
In-Store Pickups
Grab'nGo is meant for those customers that are already familiar with our sizes, and have no need to try on clothing - it is a great way to avoid waiting and speed you on your way
Add "Grab'nGo" to the Add a note box on the checkout screen and Select Regular Shipping during checkout. You will receive a Grab'nGo Number within 2 to 3 business days. When you receive your Grab'nGo Number, your order is ready to be picked up.
Visit our store at 364 South Broadway, with your Grab'nGo Number and you'll be ready to Grab'nGo.
We will refund your shipping fee at the time you pick up your order.
No. All orders require time and preparation to complete and on average preparing an order may take up to 2-3 business days. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up at our store.
Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may exchange, replace, or refund your purchase in person at our retail store, or by contacting us through email. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.
Personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any items that are missing tags, have been washed, worn or altered. All refunds and exchanges require the original receipt and will be issued in the original form of payment.
Garments embroidered with a specific school’s logo can still be returned, replaced or exchanged. However, special orders and items personalized with a student’s name or initials are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Backorders
Due to the custom nature of our business, and the disproportionately high volume sales during the months of August and September, occasionally a product will be placed on temporary backorder. Manufacturing of most items take between 4-6 weeks.
If any of your products are backordered we will quickly notify you and refund your order.
Custom Orders
Yes! We’re happy to custom embroider any school’s logo or crest onto the garments of your choice. Complete the Custom Order form and we will quickly get back to you with options and prices.
Yes! If you’re school is in our network, we’re already setup to personalize select garments with your child’s name or initials. Personalizing a garment is an extra cost of $6.50.
